This article helps you locate the serial number for your ConnectSense In-Wall Outlet. You may be asked to provide this number to our tech support team to assist with troubleshooting.
First, the serial number is printed on the back of each outlet. It's labeled SN.
If you've added the In-Wall Outlet to your ConnectSense account, you can also find the serial number in your ConnectSense app. Tap on one of the devices on the Home screen. The serial number appears near the bottom of the screen. You may need to scroll down to see it.

If you still can't retrieve the number (say you already installed the outlet and don't want to take it out of the wall box, but you haven't set it up yet in the app) there's still another option.
Remove the wall plate and call our tech support team at +1 (888) 991-1062. Tell us that you missed your serial number and need it to set it up.
The numbers on the side of the outlet are for setup. They are not the same as the serial number, but they'll help us retrieve the serial number for your device.
