Having trouble adding your ConnectSense Smart Outlet²? Resetting the unit to its factory settings often remedies any initial connection issues you might experience.
- Hold down both buttons on the side of the unit for approximately 10 seconds.
- After 10 seconds, you should see both outlet LEDs on the front of the unit start to blink red.
- Release both buttons.
- The light green LED in the top-left corner of the Smart Outlet² will start blinking steadily, indicating that it is ready to add to HomeKit or to the ConnectSense app.
